After years shipping products and leading teams, I ran into the same walls you probably did: inboxes that never end and tools that multiply the work around each message. BotNitro Email is my response: a focused mail and calendar client with buckets shaped by the context your connected agent understands.
I’ve spent decades in corporate life building and shipping products. Early in my career, I worked on Microsoft Office and saw the strengths—and the limits—of the traditional model firsthand. That model asks you to conform to software, not the other way around.
My days became a familiar rhythm: inboxes overflowing, message threads splintering decisions, and hours lost copying updates between tools. None of this was the actual work. It was the work around the work.
Traditional software makes you work to use it. I wanted to build something that works for you instead.
That’s the idea behind BotNitro Email: a calm, provider-backed email layer that keeps every message available with summaries, prepared replies, and visible work from the agent you connect. You can always read, search, reply, and use your calendar when your agent is delayed or disconnected.
